How the Custom Order Process Works

1. Purchase the Deposit

This reserves your place in the custom order queue.

 

2. Design Consultation

After your deposit is placed, you will be contacted to discuss your custom piece, including:

 

• Materials (crystals, metals, herbs, resin, wire, etc.)

• Style, colors, or theme

• Size and design elements

• Intended purpose or use

• Event date or timeline if applicable

 

3. Final Quote

Once the design concept is finalized, you will receive a quote for the remaining balance.

 

4. Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid before the piece is completed and shipped.

 

5. Creation & Completion

Your custom piece will be crafted and prepared for shipment once final payment is received.
