Shipping policy
We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely and ready for your spiritual practice.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume periods, launches, or market events, processing times may extend to 3–5 business days.
Shipping Methods
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- package weight
- destination
- selected shipping speed
We primarily ship via USPS or UPS.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Jasper Moonlight is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery errors.
If your package is delayed or marked delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.
We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement for carrier errors.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph:
- the package
- the item(s)
- the packaging materials
and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
International Shipping
If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for:
- customs duties
- taxes
- import fees
These fees are determined by the destination country and are not included in the purchase price.
