Refund policy
At Jasper Moonlight, every item is carefully selected, prepared, and packaged with intention. Because many of our products are natural materials or handmade spiritual tools, we ask that customers review all product details before purchasing.
Returns:
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and energetic integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Oils and perfumes
- Incense
- Candles that have been used or burned
- Opened or used ritual items
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Mystery items or mystery boxes
- Sale or clearance items
Natural Variations

These natural differences are not considered defects and are part of what makes each piece unique.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- photos of the item
- photos of the packaging
We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
